Return Policy – BUILT.

At BUILT, customer satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns under certain simple and transparent conditions.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

Eligibility Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  Be new, unused, and in its original packaging;
  
• 
  Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  

Any product that has been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective Products or Shipping Error

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will cover the return shipping costs and exchange the product.
We may ask for photos for verification before proceeding with the exchange.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the card used for the initial payment.
Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.

International Orders

Returns are accepted regardless of the origin of the order, but return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Right to Refuse a Return

BUILT. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
